                                                                                     MAR

                                                                   Reflexologist and Therapist

Jan has been a Reflexologist and therapist for many years. She qualified at the renowned Oxford School of Reflexology in 2003 and has since gone to add other complementary therapies to her portfolio. Jan’s reputation for achieving results is testimony to her capability. Indeed many clients still return for the relaxing sustained experience her treatments bring even when previous symptoms have disappeared.

Jan’s work in treating ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) in children has shown that there really is an real Alternative Answer to treating the behavioural symptoms associated with this, at times, misunderstood condition.

Jan also works with companies in organising and delivering “feel good at work days”, a distinct contrast to the “stay at home duvet days” we here so much about.
