Hypnotherapy


Hypnotherapy is widely accepted to be a hugely effective way of helping to resolve many health issues and unwanted behaviours. Derived from the Greek word “Hypnos” meaning “to sleep” Hypnotherapy is about inducing a deep and pleasant state of relaxation. During this state, in which you have complete awareness and control, communication is established with the unconscious mind. This is the part of us, which holds the perfect blue print for our mind, body and overall health. That’s why it sends us “health alert” signals when we are not listening to it! It is also the part that stores the many experiences and memories, which can dictate our current behaviour and habits and often be responsible for our limiting beliefs.


Do not confuse Hypnotherapy with stage hypnosis.
