Hypnotherapy is widely accepted to be a
hugely effective way of helping to resolve many health issues and unwanted
behaviours. Derived from the Greek word “Hypnos” meaning “to sleep”
Hypnotherapy is about inducing a deep and pleasant state of relaxation. During
this state, in which you have complete awareness and control, communication is established
with the unconscious mind. This is the part of us, which holds the perfect blue
print for our mind, body and overall health. That’s why it sends us “health
alert” signals when we are not listening to it! It is also the part that stores

Do not confuse Hypnotherapy with stage
hypnosis. It is not about making you strut like a chicken or sing like Madonna
when you are “123 - back in the room!” Hypnotherapy works with the unconscious mind
